Sunday evening a group of WPPC youth, adults, and friends headed over to Good Shepherd to prepare a meal for the guests. Taking stock of the ingredients available to us, we took some left-over meatballs and combined them with pasta, cream of mushroom soup, and freshly sauteed mushrooms to make a beef stroganoff. We also made and served salad and a fruit salad. Many thanks to all of our youth and adults for their hard work and great cooking skills!
For those of you looking for ideas of food to donate in the next couple of weeks to Good Shepherd, may I recommend cream of mushroom soup? (I think we must have used 20 cans or more!)
